Why Fidelio?
Our Origin Story
Ludwig van Beethoven wrote only 1 opera over the course of his career, entitled Fidelio. While history remembers it as a masterpiece, it was Beethoven’s perseverance through 10 grueling years of disappointing drafts and numerous failed releases that tells the real story.
Like Beethoven, we understand that the journey is filled with hard earned victories and disappointing setbacks. As industry veterans in the HRO space, our combined experiences in challenging the status quo, pushing the boundaries of institutional thinking and executing ideas into actions have helped shape our perspective and reinforced our understanding of just how hard transformational change can be. Todd has been a deeply experienced and widely respected executive leader in the PEO industry for nearly two decades. During that time, he has successfully led large-scale health insurance and risk management programs towards forecasted profitability; developed and implemented strategically differentiated HR solutions; and expanded business growth through targeted legislative and regulatory change. Todd has built a solid reputation for accelerating revenue generation and EBITDA margin through corporate strategy and development, business process optimization, and strategic business partnerships.

Jennifer Finn
Executive Vice President
Jennifer is an experienced healthcare executive and registered nurse with nearly 20 years of expertise in both the public and private sectors. Throughout her career she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in healthcare delivery, management and organizational design yielding improved health outcomes and significant cost savings to members and employer groups. For more than a decade, Jennifer served in executive-level leadership roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, with a primary focus on population health management. Most recently, she served as chief health system administrator at Malcolm Grow Medical Center. Jennifer’s business acumen, clinical expertise and health insurance industry leadership have garnered her national recognition.
